Closing up shop at Patreon

I recently discovered I have been hacked. My Paypal account was recently compromised. Thankfully, I got to it before my bank account was affected. Thus, I have decided this will be my last month at Patreon. Besides, it is possible I have passed my sell-by date and that I probably should have stepped down from doing this some time ago.

I have struggled lately when it comes to writing. I believe you all deserve my very best effort, and I’m concerned my enthusiasm is slipping. I also don’t wish to start inadvertently duplicating story ideas. So this has also played a small part in my decision to shut down my Patreon site.

I have greatly enjoyed writing for you. I hope my stories have been a welcome distraction in the midst of a very chaotic world. I am honored to have had all of you as my patrons, and I wish you all the very best.

It is possible I might upload a final story or two in the next few days for everyone on the free side to enjoy. Otherwise, make sure you access and download all the stories you have signed up to receive. Then make sure you cancel your paid account on or before October 31 so that you will not be charged for November. If I’m still around to do it, I plan on deleting all of my Patreon stories on the 30th or 31st.

Once again, thank you all so very much for your kindness and for being my patrons.
