This time they pulverized a kidney stone that had grown too big to pass and had been left alone during my other surgeries. This going into the hospital for one procedure after another is getting really old… really fast!

The bright side to all this was that mom drove down to be with me. I drove to meet her so she would not have to make the long, hot drive all in one day. As a result we spent the night in our favorite motel and enjoyed a meal together as well as the nice river walk.

One of the highlights of the trip was watching the base jumpers go off the Perrine Bridge. We watched them pack their chutes and then watched them go off in two groups. All but one used chutes they could steer onto a narrow strip of land next to the river below. It was fascinating to watch.

During our trip together we stopped at Shoshone Falls. I am finally posting what is my last remaining series I had previously posted to an underwater forum – the Whittaker Manor series. I am also posting a custom I had done for a friend some time ago – Hell hath no fury – in the hopes some of you might find it an enjoyable read.

I still have a lot of requests, some of which appeal to me and some which have not inspired me at the moment. As usual, I cannot make any promises to work on what has been requested. I’ve found that my best work comes from ideas that really strike my fancy and I wish to put out a good product for all of you.

I appreciate you taking the time to stop by and read something. I fully understand there may be some stories that do not meet with your approval. But it means a lot to me when you do vote or comment on those stories in particular that did catch your eye or that you did find to be an enjoyable read. I’m glad there can be something out there for just about everyone to enjoy reading.

Thank you for stopping by. I do hope you have a great summer filled with wonderful memories to last a lifetime.
