July stories\/rewards will fall off at the end of August to make room for September rewards.<\/p>\n
My youtube feed has been giving me lots of rapture videos lately. Some are of little children seeing Jesus. Others are by people who are seeing or confirming a soon-coming event. These videos seem to be in the hundreds and thousands.<\/p>\n
What month are they talking about? They\u2019re talking about September, this next month. And a lot of them are mentioning the 23rd and 24th, days in the Jewish calendar celebrated as the feast of trumpets. And why is that significant? Because 1 Corinthians 15:51-52 says \u201c51Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,\u00a052in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.\u201d 1 Thessalonians 4: 16 and 17 says \u201c16For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:\u00a017then we which are alive\u00a0and\u00a0remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.\u201d<\/p>\n
I\u2019m a writer. So I like to try imagining what that moment will look like and then try to describe it to my audience. Jesus says in Matthew 24: 40 and 41 \u201c40Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.\u00a041Two\u00a0women shall be\u00a0grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left.\u201d That tells me that in order to describe this correctly I will have to write about people disappearing and people being left behind.<\/p>\n
The first thing I picture is the I-5 freeway going down to Seattle from the North. There\u2019s always a lot of traffic on that stretch of road. On that day, many cars will suddenly become driverless in a split-second. And there will be instant gridlock. What\u2019s more, I don\u2019t think you\u2019ll be able to clear it up right away. That\u2019s because the emergency vehicles will have a hard time just getting onto the freeway, much less reaching any particular spot to lend assistance. Gridlock will be up and down the entire freeway. I suspect people will be stuck there for a very, very long time. What will they do? Will they eventually just leave their vehicles and walk, turning that section of road into a used car lot with a lot of undrivable vehicles?<\/p>\n
Where else will vanishings take place? I can just imagine…
\n*People will disappear at stadiums during games. People will disappear from the playing field. You might actually catch a glimpse of them shooting upward.
\n*People will disappear from their homes, their beds, their backyards.
\n*Patients will disappear from operations. Doctors will disappear in the middle of making an incision. Nurses will just vanish.
\n*People in grocery stories, restaurants and shopping malls will suddenly vanish. Even kids in school will disappear.
\n*People in airports and on airplanes will suddenly vanish. Air traffic controllers will disappear. Baggage handlers and counter clerks will suddenly turn up missing. And you know the biggest thing about all of this? I would need to include in my story that this event is going to take place around the world at the exact same moment, and is going to be caught on camera by millions upon millions of phones and security cameras.<\/p>\n
Scholars say young children who have not yet reached the age of accountability (knowing right from wrong) will also disappear. Kids below the age of four (give or take) will be taken, including babies still in the womb. I would have to write about day care centers with all or most of the children suddenly vanishing. Hospital nurseries will have all of the babies vanish right before the startled eyes of the nurses. So this story would have to include the fact that there are going to be millions upon millions of freaked out parents, all wondering where their kids have gone. And again, all of this will be caught on camera. Where did they go?<\/p>\n
Luke 21:26 says \u201cMen’s hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.\u201d That\u2019s an interesting thought. And it makes perfect sense. People are going to be so frightened that they are going to have heart attacks, not to mention all the numerous accidents and injuries that are going to take place. But how are all the doctors, nurses, firefighters and paramedics going to be able to reach them if there are now FEWER doctors, nurses, firefighters and paramedics to respond, especially if traffic is snarled simply trying to reach them?<\/p>\n
And how will this event be explained away? Well, I guess there is that interstellar object that\u2019s approaching; right? We\u2019ve had a lot of movies about aliens attacking the earth. Why not tell the whole world that UFOs snatched them up and took them all away? Do you think that might work? I\u2019ll bet millions of people can or will be fooled into believing that, don\u2019t you? I could probably write it that way.<\/p>\n
But what\u2019s going to happen next after that incredible event that takes place around the world in an instant? Will there be a run on toilet paper, just like the last big worldly event we had in 2020? Somehow, I suspect there will be a run on far more than just toilet paper. I think there will be a run on food, gasoline, and cash out of all the banks. Most, if not all of the stores, will probably run out of food within hours, especially if people panic and start taking it without even paying for it.<\/p>\n
What happens then? What happens with no food, no gas, and no cash in the banks anymore? People are going to become desperate. And desperate people do desperate things. And since the police will be otherwise preoccupied, there will be numerous acts of lawlessness that will take place. I\u2019m sure you can imagine the number of lives that might be lost.<\/p>\n
Back to food, fuel and other purchases. For one thing, prices are going to jump enormously with a sudden shortage of food and fuel. That also means the authorities are going to have to prioritize which stores and gas stations will get restocked. Some stories and gas stations actually may have to close. And what about your favorite restaurant? Will they get the food they need to sell to their patrons? Or will they start to close in the coming days? Will you even be able to go get a taco at your local Taco Bell? Will they even be open? And if so, how much will they charge for it?<\/p>\n
What about all the Home Depots, the Lowes, and places like Lumber Liquidators? Will people even be thinking about doing a home remodel after the rapture? Will those stores eventually go out of business? What about movie theaters? And what about all these sporting events? Will there even be a football season this fall? Will the World Series even be played? What will the world look like when the entire population is just looking to survive?<\/p>\n
Paul says in 1 Thessalonians 5:2-3 \u201c2For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.\u00a03For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.\u201d\u00a0 They\u2019ve sure been saying \u201cpeace and safety\u201d a lot lately, haven\u2019t they? Peace and safety \u201cthis\u201d and peace and safety \u201cthat\u201d.<\/p>\n
So what does sudden destruction look like? Well, haven\u2019t we been hearing talk about the Cascadia and San Andreas fault systems going off soon? Aren\u2019t they talking about everything West of I-5 falling into the ocean? What if those faults give way? And what about the Madrid fault in the middle of the country? What if it goes off?<\/p>\n
I\u2019ve been thinking about all the dead rising. What will happen when all those graves are pulled up out of the earth? There\u2019s going to be some sort of earthly reaction, isn\u2019t there? And that\u2019s not even considering the possibility of volcanoes going off, much less any kind of tsunami activity that might strike. Sudden destruction indeed!<\/p>\n
Not enough? How about if I add a little more. There are some youtubers who\u2019ve seen war in their dreams. They\u2019ve seen nuclear explosions. We\u2019ve certainly got a couple of big countries not too happy with us. There are a lot of wars and rumors of wars taking place right now, many threatening to explode into something major. And aren\u2019t we hearing that things might come to a head this September? What if we get nuked mere seconds after the rapture, as some have shared in dreams and visions?<\/p>\n
As a writer, these would have to be the things I would need to put into this story in order to to make it accurate according to scripture. And I\u2019m probably missing a lot of stuff, like volcanoes and the possibility of Yellowstone National Park going crazy. So things could turn out to be much, much worse than the scenarios I have just laid out. <\/p>\n
Remember those 4 horsemen of the apocalypse mentioned in Revelation 6? That second horseman takes peace from the earth and brings war. That third horseman brings economic collapse and high prices. People will have to earn a day\u2019s wages just to buy a loaf of bread. But we can certainly understand why, can\u2019t we\u2026 what with a bunch of farmers suddenly disappearing, vanished delivery drivers who can\u2019t ship orders, and with quakes, fires, floods and volcanoes interfering with deliveries.<\/p>\n
And that fourth horsemen? He brings death on a massive scale. Revelation 6:7-8 says \u201c7And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see.\u00a08And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.\u201d That tells me there will be war, lawlessness, death and destruction on a scale so massive, so vast, that the few doctors, nurse, paramedics and firefighters still remaining will not even be able to keep up with it.<\/p>\n
It sounds like a story on a massive scale. It would make for a very scary movie, wouldn\u2019t it? But I don\u2019t even think there will be movies playing anymore after the rapture. So all the cinemas will also end up closing. It will be hard to produce a movie when no one can afford to pay to watch it because they are too busy paying to survive. But how will they be able to afford to buy anything at all when there will be such massive unemployment? The world will have to do something, and I think that\u2019s where AI and a digital currency will come into play.<\/p>\n
Have I painted a scary-enough picture? It sure sounds scary to me. I know I sure wouldn\u2019t want to be around here for any of that. But the Bible says it is going to happen. And if we just look around the world we see right now, we can see a lot of things happening that confirm the utter devastation of just such an event.<\/p>\n
So why do I bring this up? Because those dates in September are only a month away. That means there is very little time left. And I want to warn you. Some of you won\u2019t believe me, and I accept that. Just watch what happens over the next few weeks and see if things get any crazier. I strongly suspect we\u2019ll continue to have more fires and \u201c1,000 year floods\u201d in what they are calling the year of the flood and year of the fire.<\/p>\n
Is there a way of escape? Jesus tells the Philadelphia church in Revelation 3:10 \u201c10Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.\u201d I like that promise of escape. John 3:16-17 says \u201c16For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.\u00a017For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.\u201d Jesus did not come to condemn us, but to save us. Only we have to want to be saved.\u00a0 Romans 3:23 says \u201cFor all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.\u201d Romans 6:23 says \u201cFor the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our lord.\u201d And the best verse of all? Romans 10:13 says \u201cFor whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.\u201d<\/p>\n
So I want to urge you to get you and your family on the ark to safety while there is still time. Call on the name of the Lord today. I don\u2019t want to see you stuck on this planet under the conditions I\u2019ve spelled out. For all I know, things are going to be much, MUCH worse than I have laid out. I\u2019m just a writer, and I know many of you have even greater imaginations than I do.<\/p>\n
I know it\u2019s not my goal to preach on a story site. After all, I\u2019m not a preacher. But all of you, my patrons, mean the world to me, both on the pay side and on the free side. Many of you have been with me for a long time, paying for my stories. I hope you\u2019ve read and enjoyed the tales I\u2019ve posted. You have chosen to be here when you could just as easily have gone anywhere else. And I greatly appreciate that.<\/p>\n
I just can\u2019t ignore what\u2019s coming. I feel like the bridge is out, it\u2019s raining cats and dogs, and you and your family are unknowingly racing toward an abyss. It would be wrong of me to let you go careening over the edge without speaking up and letting you know what I and so many others are seeing.<\/p>\n
Like I said, I appreciate you all so very much, and I feel the need to warn you. It would sit heavy on my conscience if I didn\u2019t say anything about what\u2019s coming. God would hold me accountable if I didn\u2019t alert you to the times we are in.<\/p>\n
So I\u2019m urging you: get you and your families to safety by calling on the Lord today while there is still time. Because time is running out. The rapture is coming; world events are pointing toward it. We are seeing so many crazy things, and they are only getting worse. I knew this day was coming. But it took such a long time to get here that shamefully I became complacent. So I apologize. I\u2019m sorry I haven\u2019t done a better job of warning you until now.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, I\u2019ve tried to come up with some fun, distracting stories for you to enjoy for the month of September. And I AM planning to upload stories for October if I\u2019m still here. I could be wrong about all this, but so many hundreds and thousands of people are seeing the same thing that I don\u2019t think I am. So I don\u2019t think I\u2019ll be here to post another update on Sept 25, much less be around to put stories up for October.<\/p>\n
If I\u2019m still here, you can all laugh at me, whip me with a wet noodle, call me crazy and talk about that kooky Riwa. I would rather warn you and be wrong than not warn you at all and watch as it all comes crashing down. I shudder to think about what\u2019s about to happen to all the remaining inhabitants on this planet. But I suppose seeing the full force of God\u2019s wrath on an unbelieving world would make any man shudder. It\u2019s going to be the worst 7 tears in the history of humanity. <\/p>\n
Quick update: mom is doing ok. I\u2019m blessed to still have her. We\u2019re watching what\u2019s going on around us while waiting for Jesus to come get us.<\/p>\n
Anyway, let me put this novel to bed by saying it to you one more time in case this might be my very last update. I appreciate each and every one of you.
